  • Dinner- spaghetti with parmesan cheese

April 21st

  • Breakfast- egg and cheese on an english muffin
  • Lunch- turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with light mayo 
  • Dinner- spaghetti with parmesan cheese

April 22nd

  • Breakfast- three egg white cheese omelet
  • Lunch- turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with light mayo 
  • Dinner-  veal parmesan sub 


April 23rd

  • Breakfast- chicken parmesan flatbread sandwich 
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Dinner- three slices of cheese pizza

April 24th

  • Breakfast- nothing
  • Lunch- smoked buffalo mozzarella, roasted red peppers, tomato and spinach on a roll 
  • Dinner- grilled shrimp, filet minion and fried rice

April  25th

  • Breakfast- nothing
  • Lunch- parma ham and parmesan cheese on a roll
  • Dinner- 1 barbeque chicken leg and pasta

  • Lunch: turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with light mayo
  • Dinner: spaghetti with a Bolognese sauce and a caesar salad

Eating And Work-outs For The Past 11 Days ( Dates: April 7th To Yesterday [April 18th] )

I did not anticipate this much lapse in time since my last post on Wednesday April 7th. Yikes, Yikes Yikes!!!! My concentration on eating healthily and working-out have taken a backseat to schoolwork which has been tiresome and hard to get a handle on. The good habit's start today after almost two weeks of  neglect. Over the past 11 days I have consciously and unconsciously felt uneasy about disregarding my goals of eating right and working out more or less a self loathing. Time to stop this non-sense and get back on the program or bandwagon what every you want to call it. Days I did not workout are in red and days I did work-out are in green.

April 8th
  • Breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- panini with avocado, tomato turkey and brie cheese
  • Dinner- half a panini with ham, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and bail

April 17th
  • Breakfast- nothing (woke up too late)
  • Lunch- angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil and parmesan cheese
  • Dinner- three steamed pork dumplings and a helping of pork fried rice
Yesterday (April 18th)
  • Breakfast- 3 egg white cheese omelet
  • Lunch- turkey, salami and swiss cheese sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light mayo 
  • Dinner- spaghetti with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese

    • Lunch- a salmon sushi roll, tuna sushi roll &  happy five role with cooked salmon on the inside and fired shrimp tempura and a spicy sauce on the outside
    • Dinner- clams in a white wine sauce with spices, and halibut in a light lemon & white wine sauce

    Yesterday (Saturday, April 3rd)

    Eating

    • Breakfast- frambled eggs (a mix between fried and scrambled)
    • Lunch- beff Pad Thai (noodle dish with choice of meat, egg, bean sprouts and peanuts and some drunken noodle. Drunken noodle is a spicy noodle dish with pan fried flat soft rice noodle with a choice of meat, egg, onions, red and green peppers, bamboo shoots, string beans, basil leaves and a spicy chilli paste
    • Dinner- a double stuffed potato, broccoli-rabe sausage casserole and two two chicken thighs

    Eating and Work-outs from Last Monday March 22nd to Yesterday (Monday March 29th)

    I started out last week pretty healthily but floundered towards the end of the week with the culmination of a perfect storm. The perfect storm was having home cooked meals because of my parents being in town and eating out more due to my girlfriend arriving home from Rome for ten days. It has been great to have her here but I need to learn to control my celebratory eating. It's like they say, old habits die hard. I've come to find out that this extremely true and if I'm going to overcome the temptation of celebratory eating in the future I need to be more vigilant with myself.  Days I did work out are in green and days I didn't workout are in red.


    1) Monday March 22nd

      • Maine Course- braised veal with roasted beats
      • Dessert- a strong cheese which I took one small bit of and disliked alot

    • Dinner- steak, garlic mashed potatoes and a salad

    • Breakfast- omelet with cheese, bell peppers, tomatoes, ham and red onions with home fires and whole wheat toast
    • Lunch- turkey sandwich on multigrain bread with red peppers and a Dijon spread
    • Dinner- steamed pork dumplings and pork lo-main

    7) Sunday March 28th

      • Dessert- a lemon tart (did not finish)
