Eating And Work-outs For The Past 11 Days ( Dates: April 7th To Yesterday [April 18th] )

I did not anticipate this much lapse in time since my last post on Wednesday April 7th. Yikes, Yikes Yikes!!!! My concentration on eating healthily and working-out have taken a backseat to schoolwork which has been tiresome and hard to get a handle on. The good habit's start today after almost two weeks of  neglect. Over the past 11 days I have consciously and unconsciously felt uneasy about disregarding my goals of eating right and working out more or less a self loathing. Time to stop this non-sense and get back on the program or bandwagon what every you want to call it. Days I did not workout are in red and days I did work-out are in green.

April 8th
  • Breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- panini with avocado, tomato turkey and brie cheese
  • Dinner- half a panini with ham, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and bail
  • Rowing Machine:
    • meters rowed- 5,000
    • calories burned- 250
    • Time- 34:30
April 9th
  • Breakfast- sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin
  • Lunch- a wrap with breaded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and honey mustard dressing
  • Dinner- veal parmesan 
April 10th
  • Breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Dinner- cheese burger club sandwich with meat, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, sliced red onions and mayo on whole wheat bread
April 11th
  • Breakfast- sausage egg and cheese on a waffle
  • Lunch- craklin oat bran with milk
  • Dinner- avocado and carrot sushi 
April 12th
  • Breakfast- egg and cheese on an english muffin
  • Lunch- Turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with light mayo
  • Dinner- small veal parmesan sub 
April 13th
  • Breakfast- bowl of craklin oat bran with milk
  • Lunch-  panini with ham, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and bail 
  • Dinner- salad with ranch dressing
April 14th
  • Breakfast- egg and cheese on an english muffin
  • Lunch- Turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with light mayo
  • Dinner- small veal parmesan sub
April 15th
  • Breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- a panini with avocado, tomato turkey and brie cheese
  • Dinner- small veal parmesan sub
April 16th
  • Breakfast- three egg white cheese omelet 
  • Lunch- Turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with light mayo
  • Dinner: appetizer and main course
    • appetizer- fried feta cheese (split with three other people)
    • main course- steak with a red wine reduction and savory potato mashed 
April 17th
  • Breakfast- nothing (woke up too late)
  • Lunch- angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil and parmesan cheese
  • Dinner- three steamed pork dumplings and a helping of pork fried rice
Yesterday (April 18th)
  • Breakfast- 3 egg white cheese omelet
  • Lunch- turkey, salami and swiss cheese sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light mayo 
  • Dinner- spaghetti with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese
    I will be back with my eating and work-out today later tonight.....
