- Breakfast- French crawler donut, hazelnut iced coffee
- Lunch- nothing
- Dinner- 6 small slices of cheese pizza
Tuesday April 6th (yesterday)
Eating:
- Breakfast- nothing to eat, hazelnut iced coffee
- Lunch- A panini with turkey, tomato, avocado and brie cheese
- Dinner- greek salad

Wednesday April 7th (today)
Eating
- Breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
- Lunch- Turkey lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light mayo
- Dinner- wrap with lettuce, tomato, cheese, breaded chicken and honey mustard
Tommorow
Be back tomorrow with my eating for the day and hopefully a workout but that might have a wait cause i've been losing much needed rest. Recently I have been staying up late into the night and haven't gotten to bed until the wee morning hours of the next day.... exhausted gotta go to bed.....
