My Eating And Work-outs From This Past Easter Sunday Too Today

Sunday April 4th (Easter Sunday)


Eating:

  • Breakfast- three slices of honey basted ham, two pieces of KFC chicken
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Dinner- lamb, scallion mashed potatoes, peas and roasted peppers. for dessert I had a sliver of carrot cake

Monday April 5th


Eating:

  • Breakfast- French crawler donut, hazelnut iced coffee
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Dinner- 6 small slices of cheese pizza

Tuesday April 6th (yesterday)


Eating:

  • Breakfast- nothing to eat, hazelnut iced coffee
  • Lunch- A panini with turkey, tomato, avocado and brie cheese
  • Dinner- greek salad
Work-out

  • Rowing Machine:
    • meters rowed- 5,000
    • calories burned- 250
    • Time- 34:34



Wednesday April 7th (today)


Eating

  • Breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- Turkey lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light mayo
  • Dinner- wrap with lettuce, tomato, cheese, breaded chicken and honey mustard
Tommorow
Be back tomorrow with my eating for the day and hopefully a workout but that might have a wait cause i've been losing much needed rest. Recently I have been staying up late into the night  and haven't gotten to bed until the wee morning hours of the next day.... exhausted gotta go to bed.....
