Tuesday March 30th


Eating

  • Breakfast- Bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- left over pork lo-main
  • Dinner- two courses
    • appetizer- fried feta cheese
    • main course- Mahi-Mahi in a champagne lemon sauce with a potato pancake

Work-out

  • Rowing Machine:
    • meters rowed- 5,000
    • calories burned- 250
    • minutes- 34:11
  • Elliptical Machine:
    • calories burned- 190
    • distance- 1.30 miles
    • Minutes- 20

Wednesday March 31st

Eating

  • Breakfast- Bowl of honey bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- chicken parmesan flatbread sandwich
  • Dinner- lamb shank and mashed potatoes

Workout

  • Rowing Machine:
    • meters rowed- 5,000
    • calories burned- 250

Thursday April 1st

Eating

  • Breakfast- two pieces of whole wheat bread toasted with butter
  • Lunch- two hot dogs with ketchup
  • Dinner- a cheese burger 

Friday April 2nd

Eating

  • Breakfast- three pancakes with butter and syrup
  • Lunch- a salmon sushi roll, tuna sushi roll &  happy five role with cooked salmon on the inside and fired shrimp tempura and a spicy sauce on the outside
  • Dinner- clams in a white wine sauce with spices, and halibut in a light lemon & white wine sauce

Yesterday (Saturday, April 3rd)

Eating

  • Breakfast- frambled eggs (a mix between fried and scrambled)
  • Lunch- beff Pad Thai (noodle dish with choice of meat, egg, bean sprouts and peanuts and some drunken noodle. Drunken noodle is a spicy noodle dish with pan fried flat soft rice noodle with a choice of meat, egg, onions, red and green peppers, bamboo shoots, string beans, basil leaves and a spicy chilli paste
  • Dinner- a double stuffed potato, broccoli-rabe sausage casserole and two two chicken thighs
