- Lunch- beff Pad Thai (noodle dish with choice of meat, egg, bean sprouts and peanuts and some drunken noodle. Drunken noodle is a spicy noodle dish with pan fried flat soft rice noodle with a choice of meat, egg, onions, red and green peppers, bamboo shoots, string beans, basil leaves and a spicy chilli paste
- Dinner- a double stuffed potato, broccoli-rabe sausage casserole and two two chicken thighs
