My Eating & Work-out for Yesterday (Tuesday) and My Eating for today



Eating
  • Breakfast- oatmeal, coffee and juice - 360 calories
  • Lunch- turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread with very light mayo and salt and pepper- 325 calories
  • Dinner- caesar salad- 270 calories
Work-out
  • Elliptical Machine-Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings: calories burned- 284, distance- 2.26
  • Rowing Machine- Time- just over 17 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000

Todays Eating
  • Breakfast- egg-whites and cheese on an english muffin with a cup of coffee- 200 calories
  • Lunch- turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread with very light mayo and salt and pepper- 325 calories
  • Dinner- chicken sausage bean casserole, a small caesar salad and steamed snow peas with a glass of wine- 570
