My Eating & Work-outs From Last Wednesday March 4th to Yesterday (March 10th)

Its been a crazy past week. It has officially been 8 days since my last post which was last Wednesday March 4th. I got caught in having to do a whole bunch of work for a midterm paper which I literally wrote in two full day's of work and then studied for a test the whole beginning of this week which I just took yesterday. Luckily I have kept track of everything I have eaten and drank!!!!

1. My Eating for Thursday March 4th
  • Breakfast- a bowl of oatmeal
  • Lunch- a turkey lettuce and tomato Sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light low fat mayo
  • Dinner- a bowl of leftover whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce
2. My Eating for Friday March 5th
  • Breakfast-a 3 egg white cheese omelet and a cup of coffee
  • Lunch- a bowl of leftover whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce
  • Dinner- a bowl of leftover whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce
3. My Weigh-in and Eating for Saturday March 6th

Weigh-in
  • 235 pounds
Eating
  • Breakfast- a 3 egg white cheese omelet
  • Lunch- a bowl of leftover whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce
  • Dinner- as an appetizer: 4 bits of fried feta cheese, as a main course: duck & potato mashed
Alcoholic beverages- 2 dark and stormy's, 1 bourbon and cider, 4 55 calorie bud select beers, 2 bud light beers

4. My Eating for Sunday March 7th
  • Breakfast- a bagel with cream cheese, tomato, salmon, capers, red and red onion
  • Dinner- a bowl of leftover whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce and half of a greek salad
5. My Eating and Work-out for Monday March 8th

Eating
  • Breakfast- egg whites and cheese on an english muffin
  • Lunch- a turkey lettuce and tomato Sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light low fat mayo
  • Dinner- chicken, brown rice and broccoli with a side salad
Work-out
  • Elliptical Machine- Machine Readings: calories burned- 296, distance- 2.37 miles
  • Rowing Machine- Time- just over 16 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000
6. My Eating and Work-out for Tuesday March 9th

Eating
  • Breakfast- a 3 egg white cheese omelet
  • Lunch- a turkey lettuce and tomato Sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light low fat mayo
  • Dinner- a chicken caesar salad with avocados and onions
Work-out
  • Elliptical Machine- Machine Readings: calories burned- 296, distance- 2.37 miles
  • Rowing Machine- time- just over 16 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000
7. My Weigh-in and Eating for March 10th (yesterday)

Weigh-in
  • 236.2 pounds
Eating
  • Breakfast- egg white and cheese on an english muffin
  • Lunch- a cucumber sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light low fat mayo
  • Dinner- a three course tasting menu of the following: tuna tartar, 3 miniscule pieces of slow cooked beef and for the main course duck with fried rice
Alcoholic beverages- 1 glass of white wine, 4 glasses of red wine, two bourbon and ginger-ales

Summary of my Hectic Week
  • From last Thursday March 4th to this past Sunday March 7th I did not work-out because I was literally writing all Friday and Saturday. Saturday night I went out and had a little too much of a good time due to my eagerness to celebrate being done with my paper. On Sunday I woke up with a hangover on leaving me incognito due to my terrible headache . Sunday was more or less of a recovery day from the night before. Finally this past Monday I got back on track with my workout Schedule.
