- Lunch- a turkey lettuce and tomato Sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very light low fat mayo
- Dinner- chicken, brown rice and broccoli with a side salad

Summary of my Hectic Week
- From last Thursday March 4th to this past Sunday March 7th I did not work-out because I was literally writing all Friday and Saturday. Saturday night I went out and had a little too much of a good time due to my eagerness to celebrate being done with my paper. On Sunday I woke up with a hangover on leaving me incognito due to my terrible headache . Sunday was more or less of a recovery day from the night before. Finally this past Monday I got back on track with my workout Schedule.
