- Breakfast- a 90 calorie special k honey and oats bar and cappichino
- Lunch- a turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with very very light mayo
- Dinner- multigrain pasta with white clam sauce, snap peas, and a salad with tomatoes and onions in a vinaigrette sauce (oil and vinegar). with dinner I also had a glass of white wine
- Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings- calories burned- 284, distance- 2.26 miles
- Rowing Machine- Time- just over 17 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000
