Yesterday's (Saturday) Eating & Work-out, as well as, Today's Weigh-In & Eating

Yesterday's (Saturday) Eating and Work-out

Eating
  • Breakfast- a bowl of honey Bunches of oats with milk
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Snack- an 100 calorie granola bar with chocolate chips and peanuts
  • Dinner- a turkey club with turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon on a whole wheat wrap
  • Alcoholic beverages- four 55 calorie bud select beers, 2 bourbon and ciders, and 2 glasses of Pastis
Work-out
  • Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings- calories burned- 283, Distance- 2.25 miles
  • Rowing Machine- Time- just over 16 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000


Today's Weigh-In

When I weighed myself this morning the scale read 237.6 pounds

Today's Eating
  • Breakfast- Special K with milk
  • Lunch- a turkey club with turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon on a whole wheat wrap
  • Dinner- half of a turkey club with turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon on a whole wheat wrap

I will be back to talk about my eating and workout for the day.....

Also I will get back to delving into my workout Bible, The End of Overeating, however, do to a very hectic week, as it relates to my other classes, I am not exactly sure when this is going to be addressed.
