- Snack- 100 calorie bag of pretzels, a pice of whole wheat bread with three slices of Turkey
- Dinner- risotto (appetizer), duck with mashed potatoes (main course)
- Alcoholic Beverages- two dark and stormys', four glasses' of Pastis, three 55 calorie Bud Select Beers
- Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings- calories burned- 289, distance- 2.32 miles
- Rowing Machine-Time- Just over 16 minutes minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000
Today I weighed myself and the scale read 238.8. since I have not finished my day today and will probably drink tonight I will save today's eating and work-out for tomorrow's post.
