My Eating & Work-out For Thursday and friday (yesterday)

Thursday's eating and work-out

Eating
  • Breakfast- nothing
  • Lunch- a turkey club with, turkey, lettuce tomato and cheese on a whole wheat wrap
  • Dinner- a caesar salad with grilled chicken
Work-out
  • Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings- calories burned-292, distance- 2.34 miles
  • Rowing Machine- Time- Just under 17 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000

Friday's (yesterday) eating and work-out

Eating
  • Breakfast- Bowl of oatmeal
  • Snack- 100 calorie chocolate chip granola bar
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Snack- 100 calorie bag of pretzels, a pice of whole wheat bread with three slices of Turkey
  • Dinner- risotto (appetizer), duck with mashed potatoes (main course)
  • Alcoholic Beverages- two dark and stormys', four glasses' of Pastis, three 55 calorie Bud Select Beers
Work-out
  • Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings- calories burned- 289, distance- 2.32 miles
  • Rowing Machine-Time- Just over 16 minutes minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000

Friday morning I got on the scale and weighed myself. To my extreme surprise the scale read 238.2 pounds!!!!! I have been working out for just about two weeks mabey three and I have dropped almost 10 pounds from where I began at 245. I am happy to know that my hard work is paying off!!!!!!
Today I weighed myself and the scale read 238.8. since I have not finished my day today and will probably drink tonight I will save today's eating and work-out for tomorrow's post.
