My Eating & Workout Today

Eating
  • Breakfast- nothing
  • lunch- turkey, lettuce and tomato with very light mayo and salt and pepper on a whole wheat wrap
  • Dinner- caesar salad and a turkey BLT with sweet potato fires
  • Alcohol- three glasses of wine, 4 beer's, and four 10 sampler beer shots from the Restaurant ABC
Workout
  • Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings: calories burned- 269, Distance-212
  • Rowing Machine- Time- just under 16 minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000

I listened to my WOM (workout) Mix/Playlist again today!!!!! Tomorrow is my day off so I will try and rest my body as much as possible and get back to paying the bills (working out) on thursday......

Eating breakfast everyday will boost your metabolism and allow you to lose more weight. Don't Skip it. Keep up the good work.
