My Eating & Workout Today

Eating
  • Breakfast- egg-whites and a slice of cheese on an english muffin with a cup of coffee
  • Lunch- a turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich toasted on whole wheat bread, with very light mayo and salt and pepper.
  • Dinner- a caesar salad
Workout
  • Elliptical Machine- Time- 30 minutes, Machine Readings: calories burned-290, Distance-2.32 miles
  • Rowing Machine- Time- just over fifteen minutes, Meters Rowed- 2,000

12) Hot Blooded - Foiegner; Ima...HOT BLOODED!!
13) We Will Rock You - Queen; this classic really gets me goin'
14) Heat of the Moment - Asia; great lyrics and melody for groovin' on the elliptical
15) Livin On a Prayer - Bon Jovi; I admit it, I LOVE Bon Jovi
16) We're Not Gonna Take It - Twisted Sister; motivates me to lose a bunch of weight
17) Fat Bottomed Girls - Queen; this party fav made its way onto my workout playlist
18) I Want to Break Free - Queen; ...from my weight problem
19) We Belong - Pat Benatar; great rhythm
20) Çelebration - Kool & The Gang; just like the tune
21) Jump (For My Love) - The Pointer Sisters
22) I'm So Excited - The Pointer Sisters; pump up song, great ENERGY for working out
23) Macho Man - Village People Talks; hopefully I can become a "Macho, Macho Man!!"
24) Stir it Up - Pattie Labelle; Diets tape...whoa what a voice Pattie has
25) Hero - Bonnie Tyler; any song with hero in it is great in the gym
26) Simply the Best - Tina Tuner; I rock out to this 80s epic

Thats it for tonight I will be back tomorrow to share my eating and workout for the day and I will get to the story of the diets tape music at some point this week......
