My Eating & Workout From Friday and Saturday and Today

Friday's Eating

  • Breakfast- 3 egg white cheese omelet and a cup of coffee with milk
  • Snack- an 100 calorie granola bar
  • Lunch- chicken caesar salad on a whole wheat wrap
  • Snack- an 100 calorie granola bar
  • Dinner- 3 small slices of cheese pizza and half of a salad with ranch dressing
  • Alcoholic Beverages- three glasses of white wine, two 55 calorie beers, half of a vodka soda, 4 miller light beers
Friday's Workout
  • Elliptical Machine- time- 30 minutes, machine readings: distance-2.27 miles, calories burned- 285
  • Rowing Machine- time- just under 18 minutes, meters rowed: 2,000
Estimated Calorie intake- 1,373


Yesterday's (Saturday's) Eating
  • Breakfast- egg whites and a slice of cheese on an english muffin and two cups of coffee with milk and sugar
  • Snack- two slices of margarita pizza with slices of tomato and ricotta cheese on top of dough and melted mozzarella
  • hors devours- jarlsberg cheese and crackers, and tostitos chips with my moms homemade guacamole
  • Dinner- spaghetti with a Bolognese meat sauce and a helping of caesar salad
  • Alcoholic Beverages- two Heineken light beers, a bourbon and cider, three glasses of wine, four bud lights, three cider and Mount Gay rums
Yesterday's (Saturday's) Workout
  • Elliptical Machine- time- 30 minutes, machine readings: distance- 2.09 miles, calories burned- 265
  • Rowing Machine- time- 15 minutes, meters rowed: 2,000

Today's Eating
  • Breakfast- a ham steak with a fried egg on top and a cup of coffee with milk and sugar
  • Lunch- nothing
  • Dinner- a tossed salad with ranch dressing
Today's Workout
  • day off


Thoughts

It is definitely clear that The alcoholic beverages are a lot of unneeded weight but temptation is very palpable to me when out at a party in a social atmosphere. Italian is one cuisine I absolutely love and usually have a craving for but I understand much of this food is unneeded fat.I feel like I just got caught in the moment this weekend with everyone else doing it. I plan on not splurging this week like I did on Saturday, but there might be one night I go out to a restaurant for dinner. If this happens I have to guard against not wolfing my meal down in a matter of mere minutes rather enjoying every-bite with a precision of slowness and reflectiveness of the taste. I need to control my eating this week we will see what temptations lie ahead and what I can resist.


I am heading to bed but will be back on tomorrow.......
