Weigh In

when I weighed myself This morning I weighed 241.6. Be back later to discuss my workout and eating for the day.....

I did not work out today but I ran 3 miles yesterday. I am in the same boat buddy and will be posting along with you. Here are a few facts that may help:
1 Drink a full glass of water before starting any meal
2 Clear liquor is ok, Caramel color is bad
3 Eat breakfast, skipping it slows down your metabolism all day
