My Eating & Workout Today

Eating
  • Breakfast- Today for Breakfast I had a three egg white cheese omelet with one yolk and a cup of coffee with skimmed milk and a touch of cream
  • Lunch- Today for Lunch I had eight pieces of sushi that consisted of rice, seaweed, salmon avocado and cucumber
  • Dinner- For dinner i had Veal Parmigiana and Pasta in a averaged size bowl.
  • Beverages- Tonight I had two 55 calorie Budwiser Select beers and split a bottle of red wine with my friend Luke
Workout
  • Elliptical- Today I did the Elliptical for 30 minutes. The machine read that I had burned 274 calories and went a distance of 2.17 miles.
  • Rowing Machine- Today I did the rowing machine for 15 minutes, rowing 2,000 meters. This machine looked easy to me until I got on it two Monday's ago but I have found it too be quit the contrary. The machine gives a great workout to your core (stomach) arms and back, and I have found the resistance which is at particular lower level compared to the highest is still a big challenge.
How I am Feeling

Today my elbows and knees are still hurting with a similar amount of pain though my knees feel a little more than yesterday. My whole body just feels tired and ready to snooze well tonight. I am hitting the hay. be back tomorrow!!!!!
