TIRED
Today I took a day off from working-out because I am absolutely exhausted, yet my body didn't feel nearly as soar from the lifting as I thought it would be. Thats not to say I am feeling zero aches and pains but not excruciating aches and pains. The pains I am feeling are in my knee's my elbows and my arms. My elbows and knees feel a little pain but my arms just feel tired. Anyways Last night I was up late blogging and today I woke up at 6:30 for class at 8:30 :( so im going to get to bed but I will be back tomorrow to share much more, and anyone who wants to post stuff please feel free...
