My Eating & Workout Today

Today I ate the following

  • Breakfast- egg white omelet with cheese (160 calories) 2 cups of coffee (40 calories)
  • Lunch- cucumber sandwich & a bowl of soup (total meal= 350 calories)
  • Snack- whole wheat pasta w/cheese (150 calories)
  • Dinner- 2 breaded chicken thighs (total of 400 calories), a serving of garlic mashed potatoes (140 calories), steamed spinach (60 calories), 2 cups of white wine (180 calories)

today I did the following workout

  • Elliptical Machine- Today I did the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. When I finished the machine recorded that I went a equivalent of 2.02 miles under the category of distance and under the category of Calories it said i had burned 257. here is a link on how to use an elliptical: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMCvFTEZ5Wk
  • Dumbbell Curls- Today I did 1 set of 5 reps with 25 pound dumbbells. I also did 3 sets of 10 reps using 15 pound dumbbells - Here is a link on a demonstration of standing biceps curls: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BOQoHUkOd4
  • Dumbbell Flys- Today I did 3 sets of 15 reps using 15 pound dumbbells. I also did 3 sets of 10 reps using 25 pound dumbbells - Here is a link no a demonstration of dumbbell flys: www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWWiBZK0je0
  • Rowing Machine- Today did the rowing machine for 17:10 minutes. It would have taken me less time but I stopped numerous times to rest for seconds during the 2,000 meter workout program one of the many options for workout programs on the rowing machine in order to find out more about rowing machines click on the link underneath

Im feeling really tired probably from my workout tonight my arms and muscles are sore but more on that tomorrow....
I will try to post some more cornerstones based on Kesslers book tomorrow but this might have to wait a few days
